OneLinkUp provides shared planning pages for groups. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we look after it.

Information we collect

Account information such as your name, email address and profile photograph.

Content you add to a planning page, including events, recommendations, comments, votes, packing items and photographs.

Technical information such as device type and usage data, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Information we never ask for

We do not store payment card details, passport information, booking references or door access codes. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

How we use your information

To create and run your planning pages, send notifications you have asked for, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service.

Sharing

Content you add to a page is visible to the members of that page according to the organiser's privacy settings. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time from your profile, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems.
