Refund policy

14-day cooling-off period
If you have purchased a Crew Plus or Memory Maker page and have not shared the link with your group, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
After you have shared your page
Once a page has been shared and members have joined, refunds are considered case by case — for example if the event is cancelled or the service did not work as described.
How to request a refund
Contact us from the email address on your account with the page name and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe, usually within five working days.
Add-ons
Add-on purchases such as extra storage or extended access follow the same rules as page purchases.
